It has been two weeks already since I gave birth to my baby girl Eloise. What a magical two weeks it has been. It’s as if this little girl has been with us forever. My husband and I can not imagine our lives with out her.
After 22 hours of labor and two hours of pushing, this little miss was born at 9:59pm on August 5th. She already seems to have a spunky personality with strong lungs and adorable little facial expressions and very tender, sweet moments when she’s sleeping skin to skin against mama or daddy. I’m so thrilled to begin this new journey as mother. A role I’ve dreamed of filling ever since I was a kid swaddling my cabbage patch kids. That role is finally here and I am lapping every minute of it up…

Congratulations! I popped in to see how the Lundby was coming along and wow, you’ve been busy! I pulled mine out and have been working really hard on it. Check it out if your baby ever sleeps longer than 20 minutes. Mine never did (except for the one day she slept for 6 hours and I didn’t know what to do with myself because she never slept that long!). So happy for you guys.
